Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a bulky item pickup for furniture.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
